A stunning sea front house situated overlooking the beach with views from the living room, kitchen and balcony across the expansive Selsey coastline.

Upstairs, an open plan kitchen/living area leads to a balcony with seating, with wonderful views across the Solent.

There are three bedrooms with Egyptian cotton bed linen, two bathrooms and a separate WC,

making the property ideal for families or couples.

The lounge also has a sofa bed which is available on request for additional guests.

One of the King size beds also converts to two singles on request.

Outside, there is a gazebo type fisherman's hut, to offer shelter from the sun or rain with an outdoor gas bbq.

The promenade is excellent for walks for all abilities, along with pushchair accessibility. A short walk to local shops, and an even shorter walk to the local pub. The property has parking for two or three cars, and there is also free parking in the road.

Available for weekend (Friday to Monday) or midweek (Monday to Friday) stays, offering a discount for breaks of seven nights or longer. We run a strict smoke and pet free policy on the property to offer a pleasant environment. Full deposit will be lost if this condition is breached.
